Corporate Housing Specialist

As a Corporate Housing Specialist you are working in the signature service of AMSI with an opportunity to work with relocating professionals, or those who need furnished housing in private homes as a hotel alternative. This position is an inside/outside sales job that requires a California Real Estate license.

The main tasks are:

• business development via telemarketing, networking, direct mail, and email
• customer service for all guests
• billing, contracting reservation agreements, and follow through from initial contact to arrival to departure
• property acquisition into the furnished management program including all contracts, property marketing, and owner education
• maintaining client satisfaction
• entrepreneurial skills, a strong phone presence, a licensed and insured vehicle, as well as up-to-date knowledge of computers are a must
