Real Estate Sales Agent

Represent sellers and buyers of real property as a licensed California Realtor. At AMSI you do not have to choose between working as a sales or leasing agent. Our agents can do both if they like. Real Estate is about building long term relationships and AMSI gives you the flexibility to service as you choose your client's needs. AMSI requires that you are a member of a local real estate board in the community that you are serving.

The main tasks are:

• comparative marketing analysis on properties for competitive pricing when advising owners of sales price or guiding buyer in their offerings to purchase
• soliciting buyers or sellers via direct marketing, networking, and advertising
• educating buyers and sellers to the best of your availability about industry trends, current pricing, and stepping them through the sales cycle
• entrepreneurial skills, a strong phone presence, a licensed and insured vehicle, as well as up-to-date knowledge of computers are a must
